Shanghai Fortune Ceramic Co., Ltd., and Shanghai ASA Ceramic Co., Ltd. invest Beijing ASA Fortune Building Materials Co., Ltd as a selling company in May 2002. In August 2004, for complying with the commercial rule of China government, Shanghai Fortune Ceramic Co., Ltd. transferred its 25% rights to Techbuild International Limited (which also hold 100% rights by ASA Group) and the company of Beijing ASA Fortune was changed from domestically funded enterprise to Sino-foreign contractual joint venture in March 2005. Its registered capital is RMB 2 million and selling own products of ASA Group. The mission is improving the service quality and establishing the good brand image.
